Shipping policy

Shipping

Standard shipping is $6.50. Orders of $25 or more ship free. All orders are packed fresh and shipped with mineral frozen water to maintain safe temperature in transit.

We currently ship to: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, and Delaware. If your state is not listed, please check back — we are working on expanding our delivery area.

Refrigeration on arrival

Our products are perishable. Please refrigerate immediately upon delivery — within 2 hours of arrival. Our packaging is tested to keep products safely chilled for up to 24 hours without refrigeration, which protects your order through normal transit and minor delivery delays.

Late deliveries

If your order is delivered outside the promised delivery window, we will honor a full refund or free replacement — no questions asked. Simply contact us with your order number.

On-time deliveries

Because our packaging maintains safe temperature for a full 24 hours, products delivered within the promised window are guaranteed fresh upon arrival. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for products that were delivered on time but not refrigerated promptly by the recipient. We strongly recommend refrigerating your order as soon as it arrives, even if you don't plan to use it right away.
